PROGRAMS & PROJECTS.

At the core of all we do is discipleship and empowerment.

Through our ministry programs, we develop and equip local leaders to lead ministries. We do not believe it is best for foreign missionaries to lead long-term. We empower & equip, teach & train in order that the indigenous leaders can transform their communities with the gospel.

School of Discipleship

National & Regional Conferences

The School of Discipleship is a completely unique model. We offer a free program to our students. Our students are anywhere from pastors to new converts, all of whom are edified and encouraged through the classes. We start by having a church host the School, we require that they invite all the other churches in their area. Once we have the commitment of people from multiple churches we enrolled them. Then we send out a teacher for 3-6 days per month for 1-2 years. We prioritize rural or underreached areas in many of which we are the only bible school or formal training available in that community.

Throughout the year we offer national and regional conferences. At the conferences, our primary focus is getting churches to work together in disciple-making and church planting. We also offer business training seminars at some of the conferences. We are working to have these conferences regularly throughout each nation.

Business Coaching & Investments

Our founder Steven Montgomery has a passion for entrepreneurism with a Christ-centered focus. We empower leaders, teachers, and students with business coaching and sometimes small investments or loans. Our goal is to get many of our teachers and national directors self-funded through businesses. We understand that this model is not for everyone but it is a great tool and model for many.

Evangelism

School of Empowerment

Care

Our students, at the School of Discipleship, regularly go out for evangelism together and often see dozens saved in a single day. Additionally, with church partners, we periodically have crusades and evangelistic outreach events. We believe evangelism and discipleship should go hand in hand and that it is not healthy to have one without the other.

We are currently developing a follow-up curriculum and program for the graduating students of the School of Discipleship. We are calling it the School of Empowerment and this will be a program for pastors, and ministry leaders to further develop their giftings. This program will be hosted at one location in Siaya Kenya. We are currently raising funds to build a building for this school which will also act as our Africa ministry base.

At times we offer care ministries such as supporting schools, orphans, refugees, and food or water projects. These are occasional projects that we participate in and support as we are able and feel led. If you are interested in assisting or supporting a care project you can always let us know.
